It is <br />understood that this would bring closure to the long standing water billing <br />disagreement between Connexus Energy and the City of Ramsey. This offer is <br />made in good faith with no blame placed on either party. <br />If our offer is acceptab{e to the City, we will draft. an agreement for both parties to <br />sign.
