The course .size maximum is 20 <br />people, so this would result in $1,000 dollars being available to the City for any element of the <br />program. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approving the program to begin in Ramsey as soon as late January 2008, <br />which .positions `graduates' well for volunteer projects in-the spring of '08 and beyond.
