., <br />.~ <br />U <br />• <br />Mayor/CounciVStaff Input #1 <br />MEETING SCHEDULE REQUESTS <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />Background: <br />Staff is requesting a joint meeting with the City Council and the Planning Commission to receive <br />a summary of the Ramsey3 Open Space Technology process and the draft goals and policies for <br />-the Comprehensive Plan update. Staff would also report on the Highway #1.0 Interchange <br />Design. There is a fifth Tuesday in January and staff is asking Council to schedule a joint <br />meeting for that evening. <br />Council will also be asked to schedule a Strategic Planning Session for early 2008. This would <br />be a Friday and Saturday session., <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to schedule joint meeting with Planning Commission for p.m. on Tuesday, January <br />29, 2008. <br />- or - <br />Motion to schedule joint meeting with Planning Commission for p.m. on , <br />2008.
