Case #4: Adopt Amendments to Chapter 7 of City Code, Section 51, Possession, Sale <br />and Consumption of Intoxicating and 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor within the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Police Chief Way stated that this information that was discussed in detail at the October 23, 2007 <br />work session. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Ordinance #07- <br />23 amending Chapter 7 of City Code, Section 51. <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br />Mayor Gamec: aye <br />Councilmember Dehen: aye <br />Councilmember Elvig: aye <br />Councilmember Jeffrey: aye <br />Councilmember Look: aye <br />Councilmember Olson: aye <br />Councilmember Strommen: aye <br />Motion carried. <br />Case #5: Consider Adoption of Ordinance Amending City Code Chapter 3, Sections <br />3.40.02, Number 7 Lawful Gambling Fund <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson stated that as part of budget amendments, Lawful <br />Gambling Funds were used to cover some community programs and services that the City <br />contributed to annually.
