Councilmem~r <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #92-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTIDN IORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPIiCIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-05 <br />(SEALCOA'I'ING AND CRACK FILLING OF OLD COUNTY ROAD #5) <br /> wH:EREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 11, 1992 set a date for a <br />Council hearihg o6 the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling of Old County Road <br />#5 (Project g9.2-05); and <br /> <br /> Wlt [FJREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and i <br /> WHF-jREAs, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given and the~headng was held thereon on March 10, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSay, !ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That Such~improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br /> Febru'ary ! 1, 1992. <br /> <br />2) That Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall <br /> prepare pl~ans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion fpr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ ar!d upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the follo~vingivoted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the follOWing:were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon sgid r~solution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day.hr May, 1992. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Admini.4'trai6r <br /> <br /> <br />
