I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Coun¢ilmemb~r ;r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-05- RESOLUTI°N ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPI~CIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-10 (SEALCOATIN~ AND CRACK FILLING OF RUM RIVERS HILLS ADDITION ) WHEREAs, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 11, 1992 set a date for a Council heari?g or~ the proposed improvement of sealcoafing and crack filling of Rum Rivers Hills Addition (Pi'0ject ~q92-10); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and i WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given and the}hearrr'ing was held thereon on March 10, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THlgREEORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,iiANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as fOllows: 1) That Such[improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted FebrU!ary tl, 1992. 2) Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall prep~e pl~.ns and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion fCr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the follo'a, inglvoted against the same: and the followingabstained: and the following were absent: whereupon s~id resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day ~of May, 1992.
