RICHARD KNUTSON, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-01 WHEREA~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on November 26, 1991; and~r, WHE~E~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Richard!Kndtson, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #91-01; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended approval of Change Order No. 1 increasing the~onllract amount by $5,213.25 to a total of $143,363.45 due to legitimate changes in the scope oft~e W6rk; and WI-lllg~ESS, the City Engineer recommended partial payment to Richard Knutson, Inc. in the amoUnt[of$~21,904.42. . NOW TH~REI?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~E~, i~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That the Cixy Council hereby authorizes Change Order No. 1 increasing the project contract amount by~ $5,213.25. 2) That: tl~e Oty Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Richard Knutson, Inc. for the constr~cti~n of Improvement Project #91-01 in the amount of $121,904.42. 3) That tl~e ci~ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form fbr this partial payment. 4) That the it0~tal amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payme~nt of~ the bills for the month of May 1992. 5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion f~ the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ! and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the foll°W~ing ¥oted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said r~solution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day df May, 1992.
