I i I I I I I I Councilmem~r ,.~ i introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-05- RESOLUTION [ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND sPECiFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-15 (SANITARY SEWER Pr ~1~ :~ATERMAIN LATERALS AND STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR PUASE O~g~ OF:~ WOOD POND roLLS ADDITION) WHERE~S, a resolution of the City Council adopted April 28, 1992 set a date for a Council hearir~g 0~ the proposed improvement of sanitary sewer and watermain laterals and street construction~f~r Ph[ase One of Wood Pond Hills Addition (Project g92-15); and WHE.I~E~S, the City has received a petition signed by 100 percent of the affected landowners;atld ': WHEREA~s, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given and the heading was held thereon on the May 12, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were .givep an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THER~EF:(i)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That s~eh iB~provement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted Apri! 28, 1992. 2) That F[aka0son Anderson Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He/She shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improgement. The motiOnfor the iadoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember artd upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following VOted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following Were absent: whereupon said resrolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of Ma~, 1992.
