CASE <br /> <br /> ADOPT oRDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE <br /> i'EN~ITLED COUNCIL, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> I ~ By: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background! <br />This ordinan¢~ wad introduced at the April 28, 1992 Council meeting. At that time, on a 3-2 vote, <br />Council reco~m~y~ded changing Section 2.03.04 in order to designate that members of <br />commissions ~hus, tiall be residents of the City of Ramsey. Also at that meeting, Staff alerted <br />Council that, i/g/or to adoption of the ordinance, we would put into place a paragraph recognizing <br />the Board of Ah:tjasiment which is currently found within the subdivision regulations.
