Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is my recommendation that the City Council increase the position of the Personnel Coordinator <br />from class 3 to class 4.5 retroactive to January 1, 1991 increase the base wage retroactive to <br />January 1, 1991 to $28,160 and that with this wage increase, all compensatory and overtime <br />payment for 1991 :be rescinded due to the salaried nature of this position effective January 1, 1991. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City AdminiStrator <br />Personnel COordinator <br /> <br />CC: 05/12/92 <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br /> <br />
