Parks and Recreation: <br /> Elk River Community Ed <br /> Traprock satellite <br /> Peltzer security light <br /> <br />3,500 <br /> 215 <br /> 72 <br /> <br />3,787 <br /> <br />Police Department: <br /> Turn-out gear <br /> <br />1,000 <br /> <br />Fire Department: <br /> No. Suburban Mutual Aid <br /> Total Budget Cuts <br /> <br />1,000 <br /> <br />$49,716 <br /> <br /> AND WltEREAS, Staff further recommended that all departments absorb future sales <br />tax costs within their respective budgets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Budget Committee was in agreement with StafFs recommendations and <br />recommends Council adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Finance Officer is hereby instructed to enter this Budget Amendment #1 to the <br />City's financial system to cause this amendment to be reflected in the City's financial <br />records. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That all departments absorb tile new sales tax effective June 1, 1992 into their respective <br />budgets. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day of May, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
