I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmeml~r., ~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: : ~ RESOLUTION #92-05- RESOLUTION..iCERTIFYING PETITION AND ORDERING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY O.NS~ IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-16 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER TO PIN: R: $-3:,.-ZS.23.0004) wHEREAs, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider water and sewer extensi,6n to: PIN: R25-32-25-23-0004; and WIIEJREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful sign;htur~s of affected property owners; and WHEJlE~S, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the City Charier ~d Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL NOW OF THE CITY OF RAMS~Y,!-~'~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That ~i certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of water and s~weriextension to PIN: R25-32-25-23-0004 has been filed with the City Council on May ~2, i992. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affectgd property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to City of Ramsey Code SectiOn 4.{50 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. 2) That ~e P~etition is hereby referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer who is instructed to prep~e affeasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Coun.0il in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comrgent :as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 3) That i~he ~bove mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #92- The motion ~or the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the foil{wing were absent: whereupon Said,eesolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day;'of May, 1992.
