I ,I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmeml~r ' introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-05- RESOLUTION iORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPI~C!~ICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-03 (SEALCOA~I'ING- AND CRACK FILLING OF MENKVELD'S UNPLATTED AND MENKVELD'S !COUNTRY PARK ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 11, 1992 set a date for a Council hearing :o~n the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling of Menkveld's Unplatted and Menkveld's Counu'y Park Additions (Project #92-03); and WI-I~REAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and ! WHI~.REAs, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given and the~heating was held thereon on March 10, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were gi~,en i~n opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREF~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSAY,',[ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That Suchlimprovement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted Febn~ry 11, 1992. 2) That Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall prepa_t'e pl,ans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
