Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Crestview Senior Housing <br /> <br />Shirley Barnes of Crestview stated that she wished she was here to announce that they would be <br />breaking ground soon, however due to market changes, they are no longer certain what the <br />correct product is for the Ramsey Town Center (RTC). She stated that they plan to take the next <br />3 months to evaluate the situation and see what type of project will be best for the RTC. She <br />stated that she wanted to be clear that they still believe in the dream of the R TC and are not <br />walking away, but need time to re-evaluate the situation. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session !December 3, 2007 <br />Page 1 of9 <br />
