<br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-11-304 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF OUTLOT A, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS <br />PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a transfer of Outlot A, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey herein reserves and retains a perpetual easement for <br />drainage and utility purposes over and across the entire above described property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That Outlot A, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, may be sold. <br /> <br />2) That the City shall reserve and retain a perpetual easement for drainage and utility <br />purposes over and across the entire above described property. <br /> <br />3) That the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary <br />documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Jeffrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />
