CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA CLERK'S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF V ACA TION PROCEEDINGS To the Anoka County, Minnesota Auditor. NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to MSA 412.851 and by attached Certification of Ordinance dated January 8, 2008, the City of Ramsey has vacated the following legally described and dedicated drainage and utility easement to wit: That part of the existing drainage and utility easement located on Lot 1, Block 1, THE PONDS OF RAMSEY, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, as dedicated in said plat, described as follows; Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Lot 1; thence North 42 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the northwesterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 38.08 feet; thence South 52 degrees] 6 minutes 42 seconds East, a distance of 84.99 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence continue South 52 degrees 16 minutes 42 seconds East, along the southwesterly line of said drainage and utility easement, a distance of 19.86 feet to the most southerly comer thereof; thence North 56 degrees 10 minutes 28 seconds East, along the southeasterly line of said drainage and utility easement, a distance of26.98 feet to an angle point in said southeasterly line; thence North 08 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds East, along said southeasterly line, a distance of 36.89 feet to an angle point in said southeasterly line; thence North 29 degrees 09 minutes 57 seconds East, along said southeasterly line, a distance of 245.63 feet to the most easterly comer of said drainage and utility easement; thence North 47 degrees 03 minutes 43 seconds West, along the northeasterly line thereof, a distance of 19.02 feet; thence South 29 degrees 09 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 256.94 feet, thence South 37 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 36.23 feet; thence South 09 degrees 08 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 13.71 feet to the point of beginning. Thieling acknowledged said instrument to be a free act and deed of the City of Ramsey.
