<br />b. Type of sign. <br /> <br />c. Type of construction materials to be used. <br /> <br />d. Location of building, structure or parcel to which, or upon which, the <br />sign is to be attached or erected. <br /> <br />e. Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the <br />nearest buildings, structures, public streets, right-of-ways and <br />property lines, along with location and square footage areas for all <br />existing signs on the same premises. The drawing showing such <br />position shall be prepared "to scale." <br /> <br />f. Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method <br />of construction or attachment to the building or in the ground, <br />including all dimensions, locating all light sources, wattage, type and <br />color of lights and details of any light shields or shades. <br /> <br />g. Copy of stress sheets and calculations, showing the structure is <br />designated for dead load and wind velocity in the amount required <br />by this and all other ordinances of the City, if required by the Zoning <br />Administrator or Building Official. The Zoning Administrator or <br />Building Official may require additional information concerning <br />safety. <br /> <br />h. An agreement with the City which would authorize and direct the <br />City of Ramsey to remove the sign and sign structure, at the expense <br />of the applicant, where maintenance is required and the maintenance <br />is not furnished, but only after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying <br />the maintenance required by the City. <br /> <br />9.12.18 <br /> <br />Permit Issuance or Denial <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. The Zoning Administrator shall issue a permit for the <br />erection, alteration, or relocation of a sign within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a <br />completed application and non-refundable application fee provided that the sign complies <br />with all applicable laws and regulations of the City. <br /> <br />Subd.2. When a permit is denied, written notice shall be provided to the <br />applicant along with a brief statement of the reasons for denial. The Zoning <br />Administrator or Building Official may suspend or revoke an issued permit for any false <br />statement or misrepresentation of fact in the application. <br /> <br />9.12.19 <br /> <br />Refunds <br /> <br />37 <br />
