Accessory Structure Home Occupations may be permitted within an <br />attached or detached accessory structure provided that the parcel is three (3) <br />acres in size or greater and the accessory structure is located on the same <br />parcel as the Dwelling Unit. If an accessory structure is not located on the <br />parcel with the Dwelling Unit the applicant shal~ be required to combine the <br />two parcels into one property identification number at the Recorder's office. <br /> <br />b. Accessory Structure Home Occupations will not be considered for <br />operations relating to 'intemal combustion engines, body shops, <br />ammuni~ion manufacturing, motor vehicle repairs or sale, or any other <br />objectionable uses as determined by the City CounciL <br /> <br />c. Accessory Structure Home Occupations that adversely affect the character <br />of a residential neighborhood, as dete~ined by the City Council, will not <br />be permitted under any circumstance. <br /> <br />d;The number of non-resident employees allowed to participate incthe, <br />business operation on the subject property are restricted as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />3 -,-,4.9 acres <br />5-9.9 acres <br />10+ acres <br /> <br /> <br />. e. The Acc.essory Structure Home Occupation shall not generate excessive. <br />vehicular traffic in the residential neighborhood. Excessive vehicular <br />traffic for purposes of this section is defined as two vehicle trips per hour <br />per standard 8 hour business day or 16 vehicle trips within a 24 hour <br />period. An increase at a rate of 25% is permitted if the subject property <br />has access from a County, State, or MSA Street. The total traffic trips <br />permitted includes employees and deliveries. <br /> <br />f. The Pennit will not be permitted if the density and lot sizes of the <br />surrounding neighborhood are determined to be not compatible with the <br />proposed business operation. <br /> <br />g. Outside storage. of vehicles and equipment must comply with section <br />9.11.10 of City Code. <br /> <br />h. No exterior displays or signs of the business shall be permitted unless. <br />specifically permitted as part of the conditions of this Permit. <br />
