<br />ORDINANCE #08-01- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKACOUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-2 Medium Density <br />Residential to Planned- Unit-Development: <br /> <br />Commencing at the West Quarter Comer of said Section 25; thence on an <br />assumed bearing of North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, along the south line of <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest of said Section 25, a distance of 829.6 feet to the <br />point of beginning; thence North 30 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of <br />401.96 feet; thence North 87 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of278.5 feet <br />more or less to the centerline of County State Aid Highway No.5; thence southeasterly, <br />along said centerline, a distance of 430.2 feet more or less to said south line of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence westerly, along said south line, a <br />distance of 31 0.0 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block 1, GAD's Prairie <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br />Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
