<br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that the City Attorney has indicated he would like to change <br />some wording on Case #9 of the Consent Agenda, that item 18 be pulled from the Consent <br />Agenda and be made Case # 12 of the regular agenda and noted that item 23.2 on the Consent <br />Agenda has already been approved. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that he would like to add to the motion in Case #9 of the Consent <br />Agenda the following: "subject to City Attorney approval as to the legal form." <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve the <br />Agenda with the noted changes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Jeffrey, Dehen, Look, <br />and Olson. Voting No: None.
