Unnamed Prospect - Machine Shop based in Ramsey (15,000 S.F.) <br /> <br />Unnamed Prospect - Medical Device Industry (Size to be determined) <br /> <br />Business Grand Openings: None <br /> <br />Business Communication Initiatives: None <br /> <br />Communitv Revitalization Projects <br /> <br />5175 142nd Avenue NW: Had a party contact me on December 19th with a self service car wash <br />concept. He was directed to put his ideas down on paper and submit it to the Economic <br />Development Coordinator. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: City Council authorized the sale of this property to Ace Solid Waste at <br />the November 27,2007 Council meeting. Staff anticipates the closing to occur in January. <br /> <br />14220 Basalt St NW: Asset Resources, 14,329 SF Project. The building on this parcel has been <br />demolished and the site is prepped for development. Staff continues to work with this company <br />to develop the site. Site Plan Approval for the project is scheduled for the January 8, 2008 City <br />Council Meeting. A Community Revitalization sign has been placed on site. <br /> <br />14230 Basalt St NW: Asset Resources, 14,329 SF Project. Staff continues to work with this <br />company to develop the site.
