He was directed to put his ideas down on paper and submit it to the Economic <br />Development Coordinator. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: City Council authorized the sale of this property to Ace Solid Waste at <br />the November 27,2007 Council meeting. Staff anticipates the closing to occur in January. <br /> <br />14220 Basalt St NW: Asset Resources, 14,329 SF Project. The building on this parcel has been <br />demolished and the site is prepped for development. Staff continues to work with this company <br />to develop the site. Site Plan Approval for the project is scheduled for the January 8, 2008 City <br />Council Meeting.
