He stated that <br />he wanted to make it clear that he objects to a City financial contribution to this process. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look stated that he did not recall that the City Council had asked the <br />Environmental Quality Board to come up with funding options for this survey. He stated that he <br />recalls discussion about whether the residents would give a higher. priority to open space or a <br />civic center. He stated that the City already had a lot of open fields and is not sure the City <br />should find funding sources. He stated that if this group would like to have this on the ballot, <br />they can, if they get enough signatures. <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen stated that she plans on <br />she is on a leadership team for Embrace Open <br />votes on that Board also.
