Provide parks with a variety of uses, including active and passive recreation and <br />natural reserves <br />. Improve the quality of existing parks* <br />. Balance the desire for larger parks with the need for smaller, neighborhood scale <br />parks* <br />. Where appropriate, consolidate existing parks to improve quality and provide more <br />efficient service <br />. Develop a Trott Brook Park & Trail Corridor <br />. Explore options for developing a sixth community park <br />. Establish regional trail along the Mississippi River <br />.
