Goodrich <br />Associate Planner Breanne DaInes <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:05 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Use of Abatement Process for ZoninglBuilding Code Violations <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich noted that there have been 110 actions taken on abatement issues in <br />the City. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec asked if the City knew the costs of enforcing the abatement process for the zoning <br />and building code violations. He stated that he knows that the initial costs will be high but he <br />expects them to drop down after residents figure out that the City is enforcing these violations. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that on Tuesday, December 18, 2007, there is an administrative <br />hearing scheduled with a person who is challenging the City's order that their RV needs to be <br />removed from their sideyard onto an impervious surface.
