Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # 06 -PARK -015 <br />Project Name Observation deck on the Mississippi east Dolomite <br />Description <br />On the south side of Riverdale Drive, east of Dolomite exists a storm water discharge point to the river.
