Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # . 07_PAK - 002 <br />Project Name Emerald Pond - Restroom & Water Svc <br />Description <br />This project will extend sewer and water into Emerald Pond Park and construct a shelter with restroom facilities. <br />Justification <br />This will replace plastic units with the monthly service fee and vandal risk. This project combines the 2007 permanent restroom project and <br />hexagonal shelter projects from previous CIP worksheets into one project, for this year.
