Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # 04 -STRM -010 <br />Project Name RTC Armstrong Blvd (Bunker Lake Blvd to Hwy 10) <br />Description <br />Upgrades to Armstrong Blvd between Bunker Lake Blvd and Hwy 10. Necessitated by Ramsey Town Center Development.
