Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # 04 -STRM -014 <br />Project Name west Mississippi Outlet <br />Description <br />It is proposed to construct a 54" outlet from the existing Regional Storm Pond located at Hwy 10 and Alpine Drive southward to the Mississippi <br />River. <br />Justification <br />The area south of the tracks and west of Bowers Drive has the potential for development but is constrained by the fact that there is no storm water <br />outlet for the area.
