Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # 05 -STRM -001 <br />Project Name Mississippi Subdistrict No. 1 Phase II <br />Description <br />This project will complete the extension of the storm water pipe to the western portion of Special Mississippi Subwatershed No. 1 taxing district. <br />Storm sewer will be installed from the western border of the Lowell's Auto Supply lot to the Plants -N- Things property. The project will also <br />include an overflow across Sunfish Lake Blvd which will provide an outlet for the Business Park 95 regional pond. <br />Justification <br />This project satisfies two goals: <br />1) Provide adequate drainage to the Mississippi Subdistrict No. 1, which includes the area north of Highway 10 and south of the railroad between <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd and the eastern City limits.
