Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # . 04 - STR - 008 <br />Project Name Now & Then Estates Street Reconstruction <br />Description <br />This project entails the reconstruction of Garnet Avenue and 168th Avenue in Now & Then Estates Subdivision. <br />Justification <br />This subdivision was constructed in 1988 and exhibited early signs of pavement failure. The pavement design consisted of the standard City <br />section at the time.
