Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # 04 -STR -017 <br />Project Name South Highway 10 Frontage Road <br />Description <br />This project would consist of road and storm sewer to develop a frontage road east of the existing Rivlyn Ave. NW and south of Hwy 10. <br />Total project costs including land, street, sewer, water and storm sewer = $790,000 <br />Justification <br />Highway 10 has been identified as a candidate for freeway standards. The need to provide alternate access has been identified as a goal in the <br />Highway 10 Corridor Plan.
