Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # 04 -STR -020 <br />Project Name 167th Avenue Extension <br />Description <br />This project proposes to extend 167th Avenue as a MSA collector street from Jasper Street to Varolite. <br />Phase 1 will include the extension from Jasper Street where 167th Avenue currently terminates as a roadway conforming to state aid standards for a <br />collector street to Marble Street. This segment will provide access to the newly developing Brookfield Addition. <br />The location of the roadway west of marble street will be discussed as the comprehensive plan is adopted in 2008. <br />Justification <br />This roadway represents and east -west collector street through the center of the City.
