Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />2008 thru 2012 <br />Project # 04 - WTR - 016 <br />Project Name Sunfish Lake Blvd: Replace Stuck Valves <br />Description <br />This project involves the replacement of three non - functioning 12" valves located along Sunfish Lake Blvd near the intersection of Hwy 10. The <br />project also includes the restoration of disturbed surface areas. <br />Justification <br />ReviAP1 /07 <br />Although these valves have been non - functional for a long period of time, they could not be replaced without taking the Rivenwick Subdivision <br />and Riverdale Drive area out of service.
