Absent: None. <br />The public hearing closed at 7:23 p.in. <br />Commission Business <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Plan~~in~~ Com~llissio~~ back to order at 7:23 <br />p.m. <br />Chairperson Nixt wondered if the Commission vti~ould be amenable to a three ~~ear Interim- Use <br />Permit. <br />Commissioner Van Scoy stated he would support that b~causc the business has not been ari issue <br />in the past and the City was the one that chan~aed Their polio-. <br />The Commission reviewed the findings ~~ h f~~ct ~1nd made the [0110~~ inter changes: <br />Item 5~ Health Care Businesses are not a permitted use in the R-1 District without a Home <br />Occupation Permit. <br />Item 12 Amend to state v~hat is allowed under ~'U°'~~ r~,,~ul;xtion compared to what is being used <br />at the site currenth . <br />Motion by Con~nlissioner Lei ine. ~conded by Chairperson Nixt, to recommend that the City <br />Council. adopt the I~indin-.s of 1'aci ~~iih ilie changes discussed. <br />Motion Carried.
