If any property"use or business changes .ownership, all Business Signs on that property shall be brought into conformity with this Section within twelve (12) months of the date on which use or ownership changed. Subd. 2. Any permanent .type sign unlawfully existing at the time of adoption of this Section shall be considered illegal non-conforming and shall be brought into conformity with this Section within nine (9) months of the date on which this Section becomes effective. Subd. 3. Any temporary sign unlawfully existing at the time of adoption of this Section shall be considered illegal non-conforming and. shall. be removed within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Section. 9.12.14 Permits Required Subdivision 1.
