SECTION 9.ORDINANCE SUMM ARY FOR PUBLICATION <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #08-xx, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and. effect of the <br />ordinance: <br />Interim Ordinance #08-xx establishes a moratorium on all Conditional Use Permits for the <br />construction of the cell towers within the City of Ramsey.. The purpose of the moratorium is to <br />provide time for the City to consider amendments to Section 9.15, entitled `Towers', of the City <br />Code. <br />SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE• DATE. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and thirty (30) days after publication according to <br />law, subject to Charter Provision,.
