.CASE # 'O <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO AMEND CITY CODE SECTION 2.02 ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />. By: Jo Thieling,-City Clerk <br />Background• <br />At the January 8, 2008 meeting, City Council introduced an ordinance amending City Code <br />Section 2.02 titled Economic Development Authority. (EDA). The amendment updates the Code <br />to reflect the.City's current process and practice with regard to the EDA.
