Typically, the caucus dates are prescribed by Minnesota law to be held on the first Tuesday in <br />March. However, all. of the parties have recently notified our office that they .have moved their <br />caucus date to Tuesday, February 5, 2008. <br />Attached is a copy of Minn. Stat. 202A.19 for you to reference regarding scheduling meetings .and <br />other potential limitations for the caucus dates. <br />Finally, as you begin planning for 2008, remember that Minnesota law also provides some potential <br />limitations on meeting times and events. A copy of Minn. Stat. 204C.03 referring to those limitations <br />is also attached.
