WHEREAS, Public Works Director/Principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 10 to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. in the amount <br />of $7,220.00. <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Director/principal Engineer Brian Olson has inspected the <br />completed work and recommends partial pay No 11 to EH Renner .and Sons, Inc. in the amount <br />of $31,130.53. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to EH Renner and Sons, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #OS-41 in the amount of $31,130.53. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of January 22, 2008. <br />4) That the.
