.Consent #~ <br />ACCEPTANCE OF A CONSERVATION EASEMENT IN THE <br />SWEET BAY RIDGE SUBDIVISION <br />By Steven Jankowski, City Engineer <br />Background: <br />During the platting process for the Sweet Bay Ridge subdivision it was determined that a <br />strip of property along its .southern boundary with the adjacent Traprock Commons <br />subdivision should be retained in its natural state as a buffer. Consequently the developer <br />has agreed to provide a conservation easement over this strip. Attached is a resolution <br />authorizing the City to accept the easement being provided to the City. <br />Funding Source: <br />No funding necessary. <br />Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution 08-Ol-XXX authorizing the acceptance by the City of the <br />Conservation Easement and Restrictions. <br />Reviewed By: <br />City Adminis c <br />CC: 01/22/08 <br />-83- <br />
