Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #08-O1-x;XX <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A CONSERVATION <br />EASEMENT IN THE SWEET BAY RIDGE SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, the open space enhances the health and diversity of natural plant and <br />wildlife communities; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Developer. of the. Sweet Bay Ridge subdivision has agreed to dedicate a <br />conservation easement over a portion of .said subdivision to preserve the high quality natural <br />environment within. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the City clerk is hereby authorize to sign the conservation easement document on <br />behalf of the City for the acceptance of the dedicated easement; and, <br />2.
