Notice will!be sent to all Commissions. Administra~li0n, ~Elections, Legal Services, Planning and Zoning Department, Data Processing, General G~vernrnent Buildings and Newsletter - requests all noted. The subject of temporary employees iwoulg be discussed at a subsequent Personnel meeting. It was also suggested that a different sg~stem be looked at prior to renewing the contract with MASYS T1990 for the Police Departmen[ Poasibly the yearly maintenance fee could then be reduced. 4) General Fund Revenue Discussion Finance Officer:Helling stated she should have the property tax transfer payment information by September[ 1, 1992. COMMITTEE INPUT Finance OfficerHelling handed out the current rates and charges list and asked Council to review them for d!~¢ussion at a later date. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Couacilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to adjourn the meeting. Motion caixied. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and Hardin. Voting No: None.
