• <br />• <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #08 -02 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #08-06 (OVERLAY OF STREETS IN NORTHFORK) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted February 12, <br />2008, a feasibility study for the 2008 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve <br />Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #08-06 (Overlay of the streets <br />in Northfork) including the streets more specifically described below: and, <br />164th Lane from Jarvis St. to Andrie St. <br />Andrie St. from 164th Lane to Alpine Dr. <br />Driscoll Cir. from Andrie St. to Cul de Sac <br />Fortmann Cir. from Andrie St. to Cul de Sac <br />Halas Cir. from Andrie St. to Cul de Sac <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />.1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlay of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the <br />Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $246,089. <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 11 t day of <br />March, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of February 2008. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #08 -02 -XXX <br />Page I of 1 <br />-101- <br />
