Assumptions: <br />1. Connexus cannot provide the field names of the data. <br />2. Connexus Energy is not coding to Opus 21's system file format. <br />3. Data files do not have any intentional sort order. <br />4. Data is provided to designated person at the City of Ramsey. <br />5. Ramsey pro-actively works with ECC customers to change their profile account and mailing <br />address. <br />6. Include only Open Items (UABOPEN) that have a Ramsey rate (GL code `RAMS'), and that have <br />a non-zero balance. <br />7. For Ramsey cycles (new cycle created by Connexus, of Ramsey Only accounts), include all <br />accounts (active and inactive) and their associated customers and premises <br />8. For non Ramsey cycles (combined billing with Connexus), include: <br />o Active-accounts, and their associated customers and premises, only if they have an active <br />service with a Ramsey Rate (GL code `RAMS') <br />o Inactive accounts, and their associated customers and premises, only if they have a non-zero <br />balance open item with a Ramsey rate (GL code `RAMS'). <br />9. Include only the services that have a Ramsey rate (GL code `RAMS'). <br />10. Include only the currently installed meter data, on services that have a Ramsey rate (GL code <br />`RAMS') <br />11. Connexus will not read meters for the April 2008 and subsequent bill cycles. <br />Post -Conversion Payment Processing: <br />1. Ramsey only accounts <br />a. Payments through March 13, 2008 will be processed as they are today. <br />b. Connexus has informed our bank that as of March 14, 2008 not to process checks. <br />2. Ramsey only ECC payments <br />a. Payments through March 13, 2008 will be processed as they are today. <br />b. Starting March 14, 2008 Connexus will monitor accounts for payments; payments will be returned <br />to customer. Process fee is $25.00 per account. <br />3. Ramsey Combined <br />a. Payments through March 13, 2008 will be processed as they are today. <br />b. Technical Analyst will prepare a list of all Ramsey accounts with balances due. <br />c. After March 13, 2008 all payments will be credited to the customer's electric bill; for clarification, <br />these would be the late payers. <br />d.
