If any portion of this Section is found to be in conflict with any other provision of any zoning, building, fire, safety or health ordinance of the City Code, the provision which establishes the higher standard shall prevail. 9.12.26 Severability. If any subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Section, or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Section, or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is in effect and shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 5 SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #08-01-_ has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. This Ordinance #08-01- replaces the existing sign ordinance with a revised sign ordinance that eliminates all content -based regulation and addresses problems identified in the administration of the previous sign ordinance. • SECTION 6 EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
