SECTION 8. PENALTIES <br />• <br />Any person, firm entityoration that undertakes any development activity in violation of the <br />or corporation <br />provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to any additional <br />legal or equitable remedies available to the City. <br />SECTION 9. ORDINANCE SUMM ARY FOR PUBLICATION <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #08-xx, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br />Interim Ordinance #08-xx establishes a moratorium on all Conditional Use Permits for the <br />construction of the cell towers within the City of Ramsey. The purpose of the moratorium is to <br />.provide time for the City to consider amendments to Section 9.15, entitled `Towers', of the City <br />Code. <br />SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and thirty (30) days after publication according to <br />law, subject to Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota on the th of 52008. <br />• <br />Thomas G.
