CASE # <br />• CONSIDER CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTION GIVEN IN CLOSED SESSIONS <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Background: <br />Council recessed its regular meeting to discuss in closed session two topics: <br />1) The possible purchase of the Bury and Carlson property for a future Public Works <br />Facility; and <br />2) The pending litigation between the City of Ramsey and MinnWest Bank relating to the <br />Development Agreement for Ramsey Town Center. <br />Based on the direction, if any, from the closed session, the City Council will be asked to confirm <br />those directions at this time. <br />Enclosures: <br />None <br />Recommendation: <br />• Follow directives given at closed session. <br />Council Action: <br />Based on Council discussion. <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Attorney <br />City Administrator <br />CC: 02/12/08 <br />-299— <br />
