APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Emergency Management Tabletop Exercise <br />Fire Chief Kapler stated Council and staff will be going through the second step of disaster <br />planning. They will break out in groups by the responsibilities to be carried and work through the <br />planning. He explained the goal tonight is not to come up with finite answers on the number of <br />people to staff, etc.; the key is to come up with the structure for an emergency situation. Fire <br />Chief Kapler set up the emergency scenario for the disaster tabletop exercise. <br />Council and staff broke out into the following small groups to work through the emergency <br />management tabletop exercise: 1) Command; 2) Operations; 3) Planning; 4) Finance; 5) <br />Logistics; 6) City Council. <br />The small groups regrouped to provide a brief report on the results of the emergency <br />management tabletop exercise. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 6:47 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kurtis G.
