APPROVE AGENDA <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated a revised staff report has been distributed for Consent <br />Agenda Item No. 8. This item will remain on the Consent Agenda unless there are questions. <br />Councilmember Look requested Item No. 5 to be removed from the Consent Agenda for <br />discussion. Consensus of the Council was that Consent Agenda Item No. 5 be moved in the <br />agenda to Case No. 14. <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve the <br />agenda with the above changes. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Jeffrey, Dehen, Elvig, <br />and Look. Voting No: None.
