<br />Commissioner <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # HRA-08-02-002 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A MASTER HOUSING PLAN <br />FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 8, 2005, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-03- <br />072 to establish a Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 13, 2005, Staff was directed to interview and select a <br />consultant to assist the HRA in developing a Master Housing Plan for the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the consultant worked with the HRA throughout Fall 2007 to draft housing <br />goals and policies for inclusion in the Master Housing Plan; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, IN <br />AND FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Master Housing Plan is hereby adopted, and shall be reviewed by the <br />HRA on an annual basis, and updated as needed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />, upon vote being taken: thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority Board of Commissioners this the 12th day of February, 2008. <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HRA Executive Director <br /> <br />9 <br />
